We wanted to kindly remind our families of our campus hours

as well as a few policies we have in place.

Please take a moment to look over this. We're so excited to welcome you all back.

🌅 Morning Procedures
Before Care Program (Enrolled scholars only)
🔹 Begins at 6:30 AM
🔹 Drop-off location: Northwest Gate

School Opens for All Students
🔹 7:15 AM – Drop off through the North Gate (Driveline)
🔹 7:30 AM – West Gate opens for students walking into campus

Breakfast Time in Cafeteria
🔹 7:15 AM – 7:45 AM
🔹 Students enter through the North Gate (Driveline)

Classroom Arrival Deadline
🔹 All students must be in class by 7:55 AM

🚫 Tardy Policy
Students arriving after 7:55 AM are considered tardy
🔸 They must be signed in at the Front Office by a parent or guardian
🔸 The North Gate will close at 7:55 AM

Birthday Celebration Policy 🎉
🎂 All classes will celebrate birthdays on the last Friday of each month

during the last 20 minutes of class.
🍎 If you plan to bring in treats, please ensure they are healthy options.

🎧 Earbuds – Not needed during the school day and can be distracting to learning

🍬 Gum – Can create messes and is not allowed on campus

🧢 Hats – Not part of our school uniform or dress code

🩴 Flip flops & Crocs – Not safe for active play or walking around campus

🍪 Chips & Cookies – Do not meet our wellness and nutrition standards

☕ Coffee, Soda & Energy Drinks – Not age-appropriate and can affect focus and energy levels
